These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of games and services provided by APPsolute Best, LLC ("APPsolute Best™," "we," "us," or "our") through play.appsolutebest.com, including Monster Wars, Level Up Trivia, and Lamped (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

Some Services require you to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information (a display name of your choice; we do not require your real name)
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Not share your account with others or transfer it without our consent
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

• Impersonate other players, moderators, or APPsolute Best™ staff
• Engage in real-money trading of in-game items or accounts

4. In-Game Purchases

Some Services offer optional in-app purchases ("IAP"). By making a purchase, you acknowledge:

• All purchases are processed through the platform's payment system (Apple App Store or Google Play)
• Virtual items and currency have no real-world monetary value
• Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or platform policies
• We may modify virtual item pricing or availability at any time

5. Game-Specific Terms

Monster Wars

• Monster Wars features seasonal gameplay with periodic resets. Ladder resets and territory changes are part of the intended game design.
• Alliance membership and faction choice may affect gameplay. These mechanics are balanced regularly.
• PvP combat, raids, and territory attacks are core game features. Losses resulting from PvP interactions are not grounds for refunds or compensation.
• We reserve the right to adjust game balance, resource rates, and combat mechanics to ensure fair play.

Level Up Trivia

• Trivia questions are provided for entertainment purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all answers are correct.
• Room codes and sessions are temporary. Game data is not stored after a session ends.
• The host application is required to create game rooms. Players join through web browsers.

Lamped

• Fortunes and genie responses are AI-generated content provided for entertainment only. They should not be taken as professional advice of any kind.
• Daily fortune limits and streak mechanics are part of the game design.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within our Services — including game code, art assets, character designs, text, music, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to APPsolute Best™ and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without written permission.

7. User-Generated Content

Content you create within our Services (display names, chat messages, feedback) remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and moderate this content as needed to operate the Services.

We reserve the right to remove user content that violates these Terms or is reported as inappropriate.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep our Services available and running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Modify, update, or discontinue features
• Reset seasonal content as part of game design

We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions or changes.

9. Termination

You may stop using our Services at any time. You can request account deletion by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in disruptive behavior, or if required by law. Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends immediately.

10. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APPsolute Best™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of virtual items, or interruption of gameplay.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spokane County, Washington.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
